Strip Oiler Replacement
At two (2) Steel Mill Pickle Lines, and (1) Galv Line, existing Strip Oilers were replaced with new Electro Static Oilers. The new oilers are retractable “O” Frame Design with off-line maintenance capability which required significant foundation and access structure modifications. Constructability issues for short outage windows and congested space limitations were incorporated in the multi-discipline design effort.
