Refinery-Wide Waste Water Improvements Project
Orbital provided FEL, preliminary engineering, detailed design and project management for a series of individual projects (as part of a Program) to eliminate oil backups in process sewers and reduce treatment costs at the refinery lakefront treating facility. A partial listing of the individual projects included in the Program were: New Oil Water Separators; Oil Sump Repairs; Lab Oil Collection; Desalter Improvements; TGU Filter Press Installations; Alky Red Oil Recycle Systems; Tank Instrument Upgrades; Nitrogen Purge System Modifications; Manhole Oil recovery Systems; AFU Instrumentation Upgrades; and, Cooling Water Re-Routing.
