Orbital performed a refinery wide evaluation of the potable water system. System was walked down to verify all connections and piping and then the system was modeled in flow software. After the system was modeled, validated flows and pressures by performing field tests. Where the current system was deficient, Orbital designed system upgrades to achieve required pressures and flows.
