Staff Augmentation

We use established Project Management and Control Processes to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget. Our processes are defined and guided by our Corporate Quality Management System (QMS), with oversight of efforts directed through the Project Management Office (PMO). Our PMO provides a centralized and controlled approach to project delivery activities, enabling us to deliver a consistent process to all projects and exceptional results to our customers.

We have the capabilities to provide stand-alone program and project management services, including comprehensive oversight acting as the Owner’s Representative, as well as providing the staff and tools necessary to directly manage activities as required by our customers. Our services range from simple staff augmentation to dedicated teams of professionals assigned to assure integrated management of programs and/or projects. We have the ability to provide our clients with assistance in scope development, estimating, planning and scheduling, procurement support, construction management and support, start-up and commissioning activities, as well as site safety management. Our processes are tailored to fit the needs of our clients and can be based on client preference, Orbital standards or other stage-gate processes such as Front-End Loading (FEL) and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED).
